The Methuen City Council will vote to enter into Executive Session, with the Mayor, the Chief Administrative and Financial Officer, and the City Solicitor, in accordance with Exemption 7 (Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 21(a)(7)), in order to comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements, and in particular, to (i) review and approve the minutes of the City Council’s Executive Session of November 7, 2022, (ii) determine whether the purpose for the executive session has been served, and (iii) determine whether the minutes warrant continued non-disclosure, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 22.
Following the conclusion of the Executive Session, the City Council will adjourn and not reconvene in open session.
