  • Request of Councilor Faretra for Information on the Battye Property; History of the property - uses, transfers of ownership, etc. Lot of land (map with surrounding areas). Current and previous stakeholders in property (individuals and businesses). Contamination study along with all remediation efforts to date. All municipal funded work with dates and financial price tags related to this piece of property

 4.  What is the total cost, before reimbursement from the state, to the taxpayers of Methuen for students from the Days Inn, from September 2022 to June 2023 and what is the projected cost for the next school year? Could you provide the cost breakdown?
 5.  How many homeless families are there at the Days Inn?
